GETTING TO KNOW US

Our belief

Trust Publishing Group was founded on a simple belief: the most meaningful stories—and the most effective leadership ideas—are built on empathy, clarity, and truth.

We are a boutique ghostwriting and publishing firm dedicated to helping leaders from all walks of life share their inspiring stories, innovative ideas, and management insights.

At the center of our work is a commitment to thoughtful writing that respects both the subject and the audience. Whether crafting original books, ghostwriting executive memoirs, or developing leadership content rooted in real-world experience, we approach each project with care, discretion, and intellectual rigor.

Leadership & Authorship

Upon retiring from the HR field, Michael Brisciana founded Trust Publishing Group to help leaders from all walks of life tell their stories and inspire others.

Michael brings more than 30 years’ experience as a Human Resources leader, working with organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as nonprofit, religious, and educational institutions.

In addition to his passion for ghostwriting, Michael is the author of leadership books (Empathetic Leadership) as well a children’s book (Is It OK To Be Quiet?) that highlight the value of empathy in leading and serving others throughout all stages of life.

Michael’s experience in supporting leaders from frontline supervisors to private-equity CEO’s, as well as religious and non-profit founders, gives him unique insight into grasping, structuring, and sharing their stories through compelling and thoughtful writing.

These qualities are particularly valued by fast-moving, Type-A executive client/authors as a means of balancing their own styles and helping them find “the story within the story” that often only comes out through quiet reflection.

"I am very thankful for the opportunity that Michael presented to me, guided me through, and with the end result of his efforts. Michael is a wonderful writer and a better person. He took my stories and used his method of extracting the important information and writing it down in an eloquent manner, drawing my thoughts out as principles, themes, and "lessons."
