Michael brings more than 30 years of professional experience as a senior Human Resources leader, working with organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as nonprofit, religious, and educational institutions. He has worked closely with executives and leadership teams—advising on leadership development, organizational culture, employee engagement, and complex interpersonal dynamics inside high-pressure environments.
He holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, with advanced training in leadership, organizational behavior, and management—an academic foundation that complements decades of hands-on executive experience.
